NEW FUSION PROGRAMME

As of the year 2017-2018 , a single programme will be launched to promote the consumption of fruit and vegetables, bananas and milk in schools. This programme has been developed based on the following legislation:

-Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/40 of 3 November 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, with regard to Union aid for the supply of fruit and vegetables, bananas and milk in educational establishments and amending Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 907/2014

-Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2017/39 of 3 November 2016, on rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to Union aid for the supply of fruit and vegetables, bananas and milk in educational establishments.

-Royal Decree 511/2017 of 22 May implementing the application in Spain of the European norm in relation to the school programme for the consumption of fruits, vegetables and milk.

Similarly, on 7 July 2017 FEGA approved a circular establishing common criteria among the autonomous communities for managing and controlling these subsidies: Coordination Circular 27/2017

Below are the participation declarations approved by the autonomous communities in whose territory the participants’ headquarters are located, classified according to the autonomous community of distribution and by campaign:

The autonomous communities will subsequently authorise those participants who they consider appropriate, among the participation declarations that have been approved, to distribute within their territory, based on the products, deadlines, areas, etc. which they consider appropriate, always on the basis of objective and non-discriminatory criteria. In the event that an autonomous community decides to contract the supply and distribution through public procurement procedures, it will not be necessary to submit the previously mentioned participation declarations.
